Getting Caught Up

I hope everyone had a nice Easter celebration. In my mind, every day is a time to celebrate our resurrected Lord!
This time last year (Good Friday 2014)...I remember sitting in my oncologist's office receiving a chemo infusion and listening to the other women and even the doctor and his staff making various plans for Easter at their churches. I remember wishing that I had a church family to celebrate with, and hoping that this year(2015) would be different...The Lord knows my heart and He brought a way for me to re-connect with my church family from years ago, this year...and I am pleased to announce that I have been enjoying the teaching and fellowship at the women's Bible study on Thursdays, and Sunday worship is sweeter than ever...Everyone there welcomed me back with open arms!

It is hard to believe another year of wedded bliss has flown by as we celebrated our 32nd. wedding anniversary on March 23rd...We camped out in the camper in the yard! The temps were below zero both nights that weekend, but the small propane heater kept us warm and snug!
Well, that's about all that I have to report for now. I pray that everyone is well and enjoying some Spring weather if you are in a region where it is Springtime...We had a snow storm on Easter morning, and Jeff had to work clearing I ended up attending Church by myself yesterday, but everyone appreciated the extra salt that he dumped in front of the church just in time for the sunrise service.
Remember that Jesus is very much alive and always will be. He is preparing a place for us so that we can be with him forever in Glory!
This is something to celebrate each and every day.
But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying,
“This is the covenant that I will make with them
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws on their hearts,
and write them on their minds,”

 then he adds,
“I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.”

Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.
Hebrews 10:12-18
